Ask for a report from a PDF
Follows the hero. Bring in a PDF, then ask the analyst in plain language to extract or merge it into a report. Each message is 1 AI task, and each Vision file is another. Was not verified here.
Rows AI, on the public product and pricing pages, is a spreadsheet you ask in plain language. The meta says there is no code, SQL, or formulas. The page says to extract from PDFs, import business data, merge datasets, build reports, and ask for models. Integrations and the RowsX extension bring outside tables in, and refresh can run every minute or every month. The same pages say Rows joined Superhuman and includes support@rows.com. Pricing still lists Free at $0 plus Plus, Pro, and Enterprise, and it says the Free plan is free forever with no credit card.

Rows AI fits a team that wants the analyst and the task math on these pages. Free is the no-card plan with 5 AI tasks a month and manual import. Plus and Pro raise the cap and add automation. Enterprise is contact-us. Read the Superhuman line on every card before treating Get Started as an ordinary signup. A sample result was not verified on the pages reviewed here. Review-site prices were not used.
Use AI to analyze data from 50+ sources — PDFs, databases, analytics tools, and bank accounts. Only plain language. No code, SQL, or formulas. The hero says: Extract from PDFs, import your business data, and analyze it using plain language. No BI dashboards, SQL queries, or spreadsheet stitching. Other lines say to create reports, merge datasets, and ask AI to build dynamic models and calculators that behave like a spreadsheet. Analyze data 10x faster is a heading, not a timed result. No sample output is.
Official documentationIntegrations import from social media, warehouses, ad platforms, and back-office tools without code. One view can combine live data from 50+ sources. RowsX is the browser path: Import tables from thousands of websites in one click with the RowsX extension. Refresh data automatically. Every minute or every month, put it on autopilot. Free data tables say Import Manually. Plus says Automate per day. Pro says Automate per min. Importing is free, but the Free plan refreshes manually.
Official documentationAI Tasks use artificial intelligence algorithms. Each message you send to the AI counts as 1 AI Task. Table and chart triggers count too. Each AI Vision file, including a PDF or image, counts as 1, and a super large file may cost more. Docs add AI functions for summarization, classification, or translation, and Rows Vision for screenshots, images, and PDFs. An API call counts as 1 API call plus those tasks. “Is Rows GDPR compliant?” and “Is Rows SOC 2 Type II certified?” are each answered “In short: Yes.”.
Official documentationA Workspace is a group of people spreadsheets inside Rows, with an owner, a plan, and a link like rows.com/yourcompany. The Free plan is limited to 3 guests. Plus lists 10 and Pro lists 200. One email can bill several workspaces separately. The free plan allows up to 10 connections for the same integration, for example 7 Google Analytics accounts and 3 bank accounts. Free cell enrichment is 500 tasks a month. Plus and Pro include 1 million, including HTTP tasks and Rows API calls. Above that, write enterprise@rows.com.

A suggested operations pass connects a source the page names, such as ads, a warehouse, or a bank, and stays inside 10 connections per integration on the free plan. Use a minute or month refresh only on a paid automation plan. Free stays manual. RowsX is the suggested side path for a public web table.
A suggested buying pass starts from message volume. Free is 5 AI tasks a month, Plus 200, and Pro 1,000. A dollar amount for Enterprise was not verified. Annual Plus is $6/month per user. Annual Pro is $59/mo plus $6/mo/user. Read the Superhuman line on the same card. This suggested comparison uses the public figures.

You want the Quadratic listing instead of this task-capped spreadsheet.
Rows AI’s public job is plain-language analysis, integrations, and Free through Enterprise task caps, plus a Superhuman notice. Quadratic is a different Analytics slug.

You want SheetAI.app’s own site rather than Rows’ plan table.

NavHunt did not run Rows AI, did not send an analyst prompt, and did not open a workspace. Product, pricing, and docs text was reviewed on 6 October 2026. Get Started is still shown on Free, Plus, and Pro. Each card also says Rows has joined Superhuman.
