Krisp

Krisp presents voice AI for meetings and call centers. A meeting page describes noise cancellation, accent conversion, and an AI meeting assistant that silently handles transcripts and recordings. Another line calls that assistant a bot-free AI note taker for professionals on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Slack Huddles. Pricing is a $0 Free Trial, then Core, Advanced, Enterprise, and call-center cards.

Is Krisp right for you?

Krisp fits someone who wants the microphone cleaned during the call and a note afterward. Core is $16 /mo/user and $8 /mo/user, with 1 hr/day of accent conversion and 10 GB storage. Advanced moves the speaker-side accent line to 4hrs/day and storage to 60 GB. CC Core is a different purchase: $15 per agent/mo, billed annually. Voice Security is an early-access form, not one of those rows.

A good fit for

  • Callers who want noise, echo, and cross-talk handled on the live meeting plus a transcript.
  • Teams comparing a 1 hr/day accent cap with a 4hrs/day speaker-side cap.
  • Call-center readers who need the CC Core per-agent line.

Know the trade-offs

  • The trial says test all premium features risk-free and also Limited AI Accent Conversion & Understanding.
  • Core and Advanced each includes two /mo/user amounts, and neither is labeled monthly.
  • A heading says Record with bot while Core says Bot-free. The pages do not reconcile them.

Noise control, notes, and the call-center stack.

Noise, accent, and the recording preset

The homepage splits a live call into transcription and recording, noise cancellation, and accent conversion. The noise line says #1 AI noise cancellation for any meeting removes noise, echo, and cross-talk. A heading says it works with any calling app, and the bot-free line names Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Slack Huddles. Hours are not on that homepage. Core says 1 hr/day and converts accent in real-time for both listener and speaker, naming Indian, Filipino, South-African, and Latam accents for the speaker side. Advanced includes Accent Conversion - Speaker side: 4hrs/day and unlimited listener-side time, under an asterisk with no footnote. Presets say choose from Transcript-only, Audio or Video modes.

Notes and the destinations named on each card

The notes path says the AI meeting assistant silently handles transcripts and recordings. The product line calls it a bot-free AI note taker for professionals and teams. It also says push notes and action items directly to Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and more. The pricing card splits those destinations. Core names MCP integration with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Custom, plus 10 GB storage and in-person meeting notes. Advanced names Salesforce, ConnectWise, and 60 GB storage. Headings also list Chrome Extension, Audio/Video upload, Custom Vocabulary, and Record with bot. Agendas before the meeting are AI suggestions based on previous conversations.

Voice Security stays on its own page

Voice Security is not a meeting-plan row. Inbound caller audio is analyzed in real time for deepfake audio detection, with an alert before a high-risk action. Fraud detection watches the live transcript for social engineering. Agent voice verification compares the agent with an enrolled profile. The page says no telephony integration. It is enabled by configuration on the Krisp agent desktop. The threat block says voice cloning costs $5 a month, then $30M+ lost to AI voice cloning in 2025 and $40B gen-AI fraud losses projected by 2027, with the FBI and Deloitte names shown beside those figures. Those are the page's citations. The action is request early access. Healthcare copy says PHI voice fraud triggers HIPAA liability. No seat price is shown here.

Ways to use Krisp

A noisy standing meeting

On Zoom, Meet, Teams, or a Slack Huddle is the noise control plus a preset. Transcript-only skips a media file. Audio or Video keeps the recording. The $0 trial lasts seven days with no credit card. Core adds the bot-free note-taker and 10 GB storage if that week is too short.

Core or Advanced

When accent time is the limit, the suggested comparison is the hour line. Core says 1 hr/day. Advanced says 4hrs/day on the speaker side, and storage moves from 10 GB to 60 GB. Salesforce and ConnectWise are named on Advanced. Core names an MCP integration instead. The homepage still lists Salesforce, HubSpot, and Slack with no plan gate, so use the card as the inventory.

A contact center before a demo

A suggested order for an agent floor is the call-center card, then the voice-security page. CC Core is $15 per agent/mo, billed annually. Translation in 60+ languages is an add-on, and CC Advanced shows a 14-day evaluation with no shown amount. Voice Security is a separate suggested look: alerts for a synthetic caller or an unmatched agent voice, turned on from the desktop. Early access is a form, not a checkout.
