Drift

Drift is the catalog name. On the public salesloft.com pages it shows up in the login row with Salesloft, Clari Forecast, Conversations, and Groove. The homepage says the Predictive Revenue System captures every revenue signal across your stack and sends account activity through a Data and AI engine. A tour page splits that system into ten-minute capability walkthroughs. Consulting lists post-sales help, and a benchmark page reports a survey of 500 U.S. leaders.

Is Drift right for you?

Read these pages for what Salesloft publishes at the address tied to Drift, not for a chat-widget manual. The homepage path is interpret, prioritize, trigger, and push next steps, drawn on a sample account with separate CRO and account-team columns. Tours split seller work from forecast and pipeline work. Consulting is a services menu, and the benchmark is a form-gated report. A visitor script and a meeting-routing rule were not verified on the pages reviewed here.

A good fit for

  • Revenue teams reading the signal path and the split between account-team and executive tours.
  • Operators comparing the tour sentences for Rhythm, Deals, conversation intelligence, Inspect, and Clari Forecast.
  • Readers checking that Drift is a login label here, not a priced chat plan.

Know the trade-offs

  • No plan name or amount is shown. Talk to Sales, Book 15 Minutes, and Chat With Us are the commercial prompts.
  • Homepage rates, the 4,000+ teams line, and consulting multiples are vendor displays. Benchmark percentages are a survey, and the PDF sits behind a form.

What the Salesloft pages document beside the Drift login.

Signals in, then a next step for a revenue team

The homepage says Salesloft captures every revenue signal across your stack, separates the ones that drive outcomes from the noise, and turns them into a next move grounded in your data. Account-activity signals flow through a Data and AI engine that interprets data, prioritizes signals, triggers agents, and pushes next steps to revenue teams. The block numbers that path, and a caption says the engine is customized to your specific revenue motion and data. Outcome labels beside it are prioritize seller actions, understand deal risks, drive predictable revenue, and fill the sales funnel faster. The illustration is a sample account, Acme Co, marked Enterprise and Stage 4. Signals on the card are a new stakeholder (VP of RevOps), a competitor entering (Ajax Co), a win pattern of 3 similar deals, and a pricing question on the website. The CRO column is an agent forecast summary, a human comparison of the two projections, and a shared deal-risk trigger. The account-team column is executing that play, a human next best action, an agent update to meeting prep, and an agent query via MCP.

Ten-minute tours for agents, pipeline, deals, and Rhythm

Each of these 10-minute tours focuses on a single Salesloft capability. Explore at your own pace, no signup or scheduling needed. You can also start with a full platform walkthrough. The agents card is the most concrete about tasks: from drafting emails to booking meetings, Salesloft’s AI Agents help reps learn faster, work smarter, and spend more time moving deals forward. The pipeline card says insights guide every call, email, and meeting. No cadence step, template, or send window is listed. The page says Salesloft Conversation Intelligence is layered into your system of action, unlike tools built only to collect data. Deals says guesswork does not scale and that teams get the insights they need to act. Learn how Rhythm uses AI to prioritize seller actions based on buyer behavior, and then organizes those actions in a structured workflow. The pages do not show a sample email, a booked slot, or which buyer events reorder the list.

Forecast, Inspect, analytics, and revenue cadences

Four more tours sit on the executive side of the same page. Analytics provides an end-to-end view of your entire revenue process so every decision is backed by data. Clari Forecast is called the market’s most accurate revenue forecasting software because stale data and gut feelings will not help you defend a number to the board. That superlative is the page’s wording. Instead of rebuilding reports on demand, Inspect delivers an automated, single source of truth for full pipeline visibility. From automated check-ins for pipeline reviews to forecast calls, Revenue Cadences delivers live data built into one system. The industry menu is one line each, from closing complex high-tech deals to logistics, manufacturing, medical devices, professional services, and telecommunications. Financial services says modernize the sales process while staying compliant, and names no standard. +1 (770) 756-8022 sits beside Talk to Sales and Book 15 Minutes.

Consulting menu and a survey you request by form

Salesloft’s Consulting Services team is your trusted partner at every stage of your post-sales journey. It offers best practices and bespoke solutions for adoption, revenue outcomes, and program governance. The menu is implementation and migration, tailored recommendations, training and coaching for teams and managers, KPI tracking, workflow strategies, and critical issue support, requested through Chat With Us. It includes +8x pipeline goal, +3x opportunity value, and +56% accounts with opportunities. The benchmark is a guide dated September 1, 2026. It says Salesloft surveyed 500 U.S. sales and revenue leaders about pipeline generation, deal execution, forecasting, seller performance, coaching, AI, and revenue technology strategy, and that the report is a set of numbers to put next to your own. The PDF is not on the page. Fill out the form and it is sent to your inbox. Get Your Free Copy names that download. The free copy is the report, not a product tier.

Ways to use Drift

A seller list built from buyer behavior

A suggested seller pass follows Rhythm, then the pipeline card, then the agents card. Rhythm uses AI to prioritize seller actions based on buyer behavior and organizes those actions in a structured workflow. The pipeline card says insights guide every call, email, and meeting. Agents are the only place the pages name the artifacts: drafting emails and booking meetings. Treat that trio as a suggested daily list. The homepage diagram is the only sketch of who touches the list. On the account-team side, a shared step executes a deal risk play, a person takes the next best action, and an agent updates meeting prep. If the real input is a live site visitor rather than account activity already in the stack, these pages do not show that capture point, or how a finished email is approved before it sends.

A forecast meeting that starts from live pipeline data

A suggested forecast pass uses Inspect, revenue cadences, and the homepage CRO column. Inspect is the automated, single source of truth for full pipeline visibility, instead of rebuilding reports on demand. Revenue cadences carry live data into automated check-ins, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls. The Clari Forecast card is the page’s argument for defending a number without stale data. On the homepage, an agent writes an AI forecast summary, a human compares it with a human projection, and a shared step triggers a deal risk play. Keep those labels apart. The page draws agent, human, and agent-plus-human as different marks. It does not say the human review can be skipped, or how far the two projections may diverge before the risk play starts. Analytics is the wider frame: an end-to-end view so the decision is backed by data. This is a suggested meeting outline taken from the tour sentences.

Set the benchmark numbers beside your own

Every respondent uses AI somewhere in the revenue process, but only 20.6% call deployments production-ready and 28.2% are still experimenting. Pipeline quotas rose for 68.4%. Teams average 35.2 touches to create a qualified opportunity, and about 19.7% of pipeline is tied to stalled deals or slipped dates. Quota attainment is about 62%, with the top 10% of sellers generating 47.4% of closed-won revenue. On coaching, 89% believe managers assess performance objectively, yet about 32% can instantly diagnose a stalled deal. On tools, 26% are consolidating the stack, 32.6% are evaluating that, and 26.4% prefer point solutions. Censuswide surveyed 500 U.S. decision-makers at organizations with 200 or more employees between May 28 and June 10, 2026. These are suggested comparison points from the summary. The PDF still requires the form.
