Civitai is a platform for exploring custom machine-learning models and AI-generated media. The homepage meta says you can explore thousands of free Stable Diffusion and Flux models and create and share AI-generated art. The terms say users may be able to generate images on the service. Paid Green memberships add monthly Buzz.
Official website · civitai.com
Civitai fits a community model library plus on-site generation, if you compare tiers by images per job, queued jobs, and private models. Most features need an account, and you must be at least 18.
The public homepage is a directory. The menu lists models, images, videos, 3D models, articles, and a shop. Featured images are community pictures, from simple shapes to landscapes or faces. Featured models are only described as a list. Other blocks point at new creators. The terms name the job. Civitai is a platform designed to boost the creation and exploration of AI models and AI-generated media. Users may be able to generate images on the service and to upload, share, and discover custom models trained for a style. The meta line says: explore thousands of free Stable Diffusion & Flux models, create and share AI-generated art.
Official documentationGeneration limits show up as membership numbers, not as a prompt form. Bronze lists 8 images per job and 8 queued jobs. Silver lists 10 and 10. Gold lists 12 images per job and 10 queued jobs. Each paid row also says Free High priority generation. The page does not price one job in Buzz. Civitai Link, on every paid row, syncs resources to your machine. The homepage Buzz Beggars Board is for people who ran out of Buzz or want to give some away. A creator purchase can be denied if the Buzz balance is too low.
Official documentationBronze is $10 per month for 10,000 Green Buzz, a 5% bonus on Buzz purchases, 1.5x bonus Blue Buzz on daily rewards, and 3 private models. Silver is $25 per month for 25,000 Green Buzz, a 10% purchase bonus, 2.5x daily Blue Buzz, and 10 private models. Gold is $50 per month for 50,000 Green Buzz, a 20% purchase bonus, 4x daily Blue Buzz, and 100 private models. Gold's badge is the one described as animated. Bronze can monetize 10 model versions a month, Silver 25, and Gold an unlimited number, as a licensing fee or paid access. Changing a price you have already set is always free. A perks-only membership can be bought with Buzz, and that Buzz price is not shown. Unrestricted content creation has moved to civitai.red.
Official documentationYou must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account, whether directly or through a third party integration (“Account”). A social signup supplies a username and email from that service. Card data for a purchase or donation is collected by a third-party payment processor. The content you post to the Services will be displayed on the Services and viewable by other users by default. Your Choices is said to hold sharing controls, but that list is not. Unless otherwise specifically provided for in these Terms, all fees are in U.S. Dollars or Buzz and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Official documentationA suggested first session stays on the homepage blocks: featured images, featured models, then new creators. The pages say creators may sell user content and set their own prices. They do not paste a model license or a sample prompt.
A suggested comparison counts images in one job and jobs waiting. Bronze stops at 8 and 8, Silver at 10 and 10, Gold at 12 images with 10 queued jobs. Private models are 3, 10, or 100. Monthly Green Buzz is 10,000 then 25,000 then 50,000. The row prices are $10 then $25 then $50 per month. Someone short on cash can buy a perks-only membership with Buzz, and that amount is not given. High-priority generation is labeled on the paid rows only.
Creators may sell user content once or by subscription and set those prices. The membership page caps that at 10 versions a month on Bronze, 25 on Silver, and an unlimited number on Gold. Is how often you expect to reprice. Changing a price already set is described as always free. Buyers need enough Buzz or the purchase can be denied. The terms say a Form 1099-K may be issued for creator earnings. Was not verified here.
The terms require age 18 or older. Most features need an account, created directly or through a third-party integration.
